Refund policy

Returns

  • We offer a 21 day return policy for any products in their original condition. (not damaged or opened)
  • Customer is to package the item and ship it back to us. Please try using original packaging if possible. Once we receive it, we will arrange a credit or refund.
  • It is customer responsibility to make sure that the returned products are packaged properly to prevent damage during return shipping. We will not accept responsibility for goods damaged in transit.
  • Customer pays postage for change of mind returns.
  • Please include copy of the invoice to speed up the process. Not providing copy of the invoice may lead to delays or refund cancellation.


Faulty Goods

  • For any faulty items within manufacturer warranty, please contact us so we can arrange the product to be returned to us for assessment.
  • We will provide you with return shipping label. Please print it, attach to the packaging and take it to the nearest post office. Please use original packaging
  • Please include copy of the invoice to speed up the process. Not providing copy of the invoice may lead to delays
  • Once received when possible we will test the product at the store. Otherwise we may have to ship the faulty product to the manufacturer for further assessment.
  • Once approved we will offer you store credit, replacement or refund.


Damaged Goods

  • Please contact us within 14 days of delivery for any damaged items. We will arrange return label and cover the cost of the shipping. Please print it, attach to the packaging and take it to the nearest post office.
  • Replacement will be shipped as soon as we receive the damaged item back and can verify it.
  • We will require a photo of the damaged product to verify if it is eligible for return.
  • Please DO NOT ship the goods back to us in the damaged packaging to prevent further damage. Not properly packaged goods won't be accepted and may be return back to you at your cost.
