1:24 TAMIYA PORSCHE 934 TURBO RSR VAILLANT

Tamiya 1/24 Porsche 934 Turbo RSR Vaillant Plastic Model Kit

The Tamiya 1/24 Porsche 934 Turbo RSR Vaillant recreates one of the most striking liveries of 1970s European touring car racing, in the distinctive cobalt green colours of sponsor Vaillant.

Please note this is an unassembled plastic model kit requiring assembly; paints, cement and hobby tools are not included and are required to complete the model.

Based on the road-going Porsche 930 Turbo, the Turbo RSR Type 934 was developed to compete in international sports car racing in 1976, with 31 race cars produced. That same year, a 934 campaigned by German company Vaillant as main sponsor, wearing a striking cobalt green livery, consistently ran at the front of the DRM (German Racing Championship), taking the chequered flag in the 2nd, 4th and 10th races of the season and helping French driver Bob Wollek finish atop the Division 1 drivers' standings.
